Cavona Sleeping Lion This sleeping lion is delightful. The original was sculptured by Antonio Cavona (1757 - 1822) for Clement XIII's tomb in St Peter's Rome. Hand made in British gypsum plaster by modern souvenirs of bath from an original obtained from the Canova workshop. It will make a statement decoration wherever you choose to place it.
